Samsung to launch new tablets- Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab A Plus
It is quite some time since we have heard about new tablets from the Korean giant Samsung. Now it is on its way to reveal two new tablets soon, these are named as Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab A Plus. Samsung is also working on more new slates namely Tab E and Tab J.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab A Plus come in two variants viz., with 8 inch display and with 9.7 inch display. Both the variants have 4:3 aspect ratio.
The 8 inch Tab variant is powered by Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 1.5 Giga Byte of RAM. It also supports Quick charge 2.0 Technology. It packs 4200 mAh Li ion non removable battery.
The 9.7 inch variant is powered by Qualcomm APQ8016 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. It has 2 Giga Byte of RAM. This packs huge 6000 mAh Li ion non removable Battery.
One variant comes with LTE connectivity and other without LTE connectivity. These may run latest version of Android Lollipop out of the box.
Interestingly, the Galaxy Tab A Plus features S Pen and this is the first Samsung’s tablet to sport the S pen feature apart from the Samsung galaxy Note series. Both the tablet variants have 5 MP/ 2MP camera options.
Officially there is no information about the release date for the Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab A Plus. But these midrange tablets are going to hit the market anytime soon.
